We are seeking a proactive and dedicated IT Support professional to join our team for an on-site Hardware and Software Support position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support to users, resolving tickets, and maintaining hardware/software systems. The role will require flexibility in working hours, with occasional out-of-hours support during weekends and holidays.
