We are seeking a proactive and dedicated IT Support professional to join our team for an on-site Hardware and Software Support position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support to users, resolving tickets, and maintaining hardware/software systems. The role will require flexibility in working hours, with occasional out-of-hours support during weekends and holidays.

Duration: February 2025 – December 2026

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 19:00, with potential for additional hours during weekends/holidays if required.

Language Requirements: English, Polish

Your responsibilities

  • Receive support tickets from users and ensure issues are logged and resolved in a timely manner. Communicate with users throughout the process, keeping them updated on ticket statuses.
  • Escalate technical issues to higher-level support teams as necessary for further investigation.
  • Ensure that all tickets are validated by users before being marked as complete.
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and replacement of hardware/software (both preventive and corrective) as needed.

Our requirements

  • Proficient in Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Familiarity with Jira for ticketing and task management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience in a similar role (Level 1 Support).
  • Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
