Managing, configuring, and maintaining Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence,
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to customize workflows and optimize tool usage,
Providing training and guidance to team members on effective use of Atlassian tools,
Troubleshooting and resolve issues related to Atlassian tools in a timely manner,
Preparing the knowledge base article for the new support cases for future reference,
Evaluating and managing the usage of Atlassian add-ons / plugin to meet team and business needs,
Identifying performance bottlenecks and gaps between current and desired end states,
requirements-expected :
Min. 3+ years of experience in IT industries and in administrating Atlassian software,
Experience with configuring and supporting integration using development tools on Confluence,
Comprehensive understanding of ITIL, and Agile Frameworks,
Knowledge of scripting languages and Jira APIs: Knowledge of Jiras REST and Java APIs to automate tasks and integrate with other systems (FreshWork, RBAC)
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication, both written and spoken (Polish and English),
