responsibilities :
Own and Manage the Planon Application: Act as the primary IT point of contact for the Planon application, supporting Facility, Leasing, and Real Estate. Ensure the application runs smoothly, aligns with evolving business needs, and drives continuous improvement. Responsibilities include end-to-end support, incident resolution, and proactive stakeholder engagement to optimize system performance and user experience.
Develop IT Governance & Roadmap: Develop and maintain an IT governance and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
Document Architecture & Integration: Create and maintain application documentation, including integration details, architecture flows, and system diagrams
Conduct System Integration Testing: Execute tests to ensure end-to-end system compatibility and smooth functionality across components.
Perform First-level Troubleshooting: Support the investigation and resolution of bugs in existing integrations by handling the initial troubleshooting steps.
