The team consists of IT enthusiasts with many years of experience in designing, programming, maintaining, and migrating IT infrastructure. IT Specialist - 2nd Line Support*

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and solving technical issues,
• Working with technical documentation,
• Collaboration with the team and technical support for internal clients,
• Maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of devices within the workstation.

Requirements:

• Technical education (engineering background preferred);
• Ability to communicate fluently in English at B2 level (both spoken and written);
• Analytical and technical skills;
• Good interpersonal skills - ability to work in a team.
