• Act as the primary representative of the delivery organization, fostering continuous learning and collaboration with the customer organization to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Lead geographically dispersed technology teams to deliver high-quality project and service outcomes, demonstrating a passion for personal development and commitment to excellence.

• Oversee IT project delivery, ensuring adherence to performance targets such as scope, schedule, cost, and security, while being driven by challenges to optimize results.

• Identify and implement effective business and technical solutions as an escalation point, showcasing a dedication to ongoing improvement in resolving issues.

• Manage cost reporting and optimization efforts, leveraging insights to enhance project efficiency and promote a forward-thinking and growth-driven approach.

Wymagania

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project and/or Service Delivery.

• Upper intermediate English is a must, other European languages will be an advantage (German, French).

• Certification in project management (PMP, Prince, Scrum, Agile) or ITIL service management will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of at least one Project Management/ Collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trelo or similar). 

• Basic understanding of modern IT infrastructure and public cloud - servers, networks, applications, storage/ backup, DevOps, IaaS, PaaS, security.

• Good reporting skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
