responsibilities :


  • Provide first and second-line technical support through phone and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Offer support for Windows OS, O365, Citrix applications, and mobile devices.
  • Handle user account management, email setups, and password resets.
  • Perform routine maintenance on desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Escalate complex problems to advanced support teams.
  • Accurately log incidents and resolutions using ITSM tools.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and clear communication.

requirements-expected :


  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support or service desk environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, O365, Citrix, and Windows OS.
  • Good understanding of LAN/WAN networks, internet troubleshooting, and mobile OS (Android/iOS).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Finnish.
  • Customer-focused, proactive approach with problem-solving abilities.
