Twój zakres obowiązków

• Support the development and integration of data privacy practices into product development.
• Work with the privacy teams to help the company meet data protection standards and legal requirements.
• Help manage risks associated with the handling of personal information and patient data.
• Provide advice to Product Teams on how to embed privacy-by-design in their technology designs and practices. This includes AI/ML/GenAI technology designs.
• Provide advice on privacy concepts and privacy good practices for data access, data generation and data reuse.
• Provide insights on global privacy requirements and awareness on latest trends in the area of data privacy.
• Have a proactive approach to learning and advocating for privacy best practices.
• Respond to and help resolve issues related to data privacy breaches or concerns.
• Assist in drafting company policies and responses for data protection matters.
• Collaborate on the creation of processes and guidelines to ensure consistent handling of personal data across the company.
• Serve as a point of contact for data privacy questions and guidance within the organization.
• Be a trusted partner for the business and Informatics teams and stakeholders throughout the organization

Nasze wymagania

• 5+ years’ experience in a large global enterprise IT environment within data privacy.
• BA or BS in informatics, life science, business, or equivalent. MA or MS and postgraduate coursework are desirable.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of data privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA, and how these apply to healthcare data.
• Ability to identify and address privacy risks effectively.
• Experience in promoting Privacy-by-Design and a privacy-focused mindset in handling personal data.
• Experience in translating privacy regulatory requirements into technical
• requirements and designs is highly desirable.
• Experience in the application of privacy regulation in AI/ML/GenAI space is highly desirable.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies, inclusive of Agile.
• Professional experience in audits, risk management, IT security or IT privacy will be desirable.
• Experience supporting cross-functional collaborative team environments, providing innovative solutions to complex business problems and making decisions with cross-functional impact.
• Strong communication skills - ability to communicate complex information, issues, and potential solutions at an executive level.
• Proven skills in relationship building, customer-focus, decision-making, and problem solving.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn business priorities in unfamiliar or ambiguous areas.
• Certification in Data Privacy.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
