We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team - and for us, personality truly matters.

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, including 3+ years in IT.
  • Possibility to work form our Warsaw office at least 3 timesper week. 
  • The ability to run end-to-end recruitment processes independently (from screening to onboarding).
  • Strong English skills, allowing you to confidently speak with technical experts from outside Poland.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and a variety of sourcing strategies.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to stay flexible in a fast-changing environment.


Nice to have:

  • Experience working directly with clients -for example, in outsourcing or software house settings.
  • A degree in computer science, psychology, HR management, or a related field.

,[Manage end-to-end recruitment processes - from analyzing hiring needs and creating job descriptions to sourcing, interviewing, setting up tech calls, and closing offers., Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, design effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process., Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to identify the best technical and cultural fit for each position., Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and a smooth candidate pipeline., Enhance candidate experience by guiding applicants through the process, providing feedback, and supporting onboarding initiatives.
