If you want to work on exciting projects, develop your skills and have a real impact on the success of our clients - send us your CV! responsibilities : Effective management of IT projects - SLA and implementations PIM Systems ( such as Pimcore, Akeneo) and B2 C/B2 B e Commerce and related solutions supporting our Clients businesses. Managing the Development Team, backlog, project budget, timely and high-quality delivery of services. Coordinating projects: supervising the implementation of the service, monitoring project progress, keeping documentation. Conducting status meetings and workshops with the Client, aimed at determining business needs and system requirements. Leading business analyses - before implementation or as part of maintenance in the scope of new features - developing analytical documentation, diagrams, user stories, business analyses, preparing presentations. Presenting the system and its solutions, consulting or presenting the status of the project progress. Communicate effectively, build lasting relationships with Clients and the Team based on trust & substantive support. Planning and optimization of resources necessary to implement the project. Advising and providing substantive support to clients. Achieving set goals. Identification, assessment and mitigation of project risks. requirements-expected : At least 3 years of experience in managing commercial IT projects (implementation and SLA services of e-commerce solutions - PIM/DAM/MDM systems, B2 C/B2 B e Commerce). Knowledge of Pimcore or Akeneo will be an advantage. Experience in a software house or IT company on the software suppliers side. Knowledge of the business aspects of the e-commerce industry. Good organization of own and team work, ability to set priorities. Knowledge of analysis tools (e.g. Miro, Bizagi, Draw.io ), BPMN or UML notation certificate preferred. Project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum). A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making. Communication skills, building relationships within a team and with clients. Cause-and-effect thinking and analytical skills. Attitude focused on achieving project and company goals. Higher education - in information technology, business, economics, or related field. Knowledge of Polish and English at least B2 level (communication in speech and writing). offered : Work in a stable company with extensive market experience.
