Coordinates projects between HQ IT and local team members/key users (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Logistics)
Regularly prepares written reports on the project’s progress.
Work at the first level of support, supporting key or end users with non-standard issues.
Actively participate in development projects in all SAP modules, ensuring both expansion an optimization of company processes.
Participate in the preparation and implementation of new solutions – from analysis and requirements creation to implementation, testing, project documentation creation, and use training. In this context, they will interact with both non-technical users and external consultants. They will actively collaborate with other team members to fulfill all tasks.
