As an IT Project Manager, you will work as an integral part of our team for a big foreign clients.
You will be responsible for successful delivery of IT projects to meet or exceed customer expectations at the same time as managing scope and keeping within agreed time, budget and quality expectations.
In addition to project management skills, this person must be a skilled communicator to ensure they can both identify risks and sensitively address and manage risk resolution both internally and with very senior stakeholders within very large customers.
responsibilities :
Being a primary point of contact for the customer’s lead contact
Project management in Jira
Meetings with internal teams to confirm plans (general understanding of technical work in projects is required)
Presentation of plans and progress to the client
Administration of project documentation
Communication with stakeholders regarding new versions of released applications (organizing meetings about new versions, collecting and presenting materials regarding new versions
Coordinate project plan, project activities including daily standups, weekly project meetings, and fortnightly steering committee meetings with senior management
Understand and document detailed business requirements and translate business needs into technical systems and process improvement solutions
Delivers reports internally on delivery status, key performance indicators, etc; in a consistent, timely and accurate manner
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years of practical knowledge in project management
Great knowledge of Jira
Excellent command of English (min. C1) and Polish
Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and waterfall methodologies. We mostly work on T&M projects where results matter
Knowledge of technical concepts such as API microservice, Kubernetes, UI, S3, terms from Big Data.
Knowledge of DevOps processes
Proactive approach and goal-oriented mindset, research, problem solving and analytical skills
Strong communication ability (verbal & written)
Able to multitask and work managing multiple projects at the same time
