• min. 3 years of experience in managing IT projects,
• English at least at B2 level,
• experience in cooperation with Polish and/or foreign clients,
• knowledge of tools for delegating tasks (e.g. Jira / Clickup / Trello / Gitlab etc.)
• knowledge of project management methodologies (Kanban, SCRUM, Waterfall)
• experience in business analysis, stakeholder analysis - knowledge of techniques such as RACI matrix, Functional Decomposition or Requirements Matrix (RTM),
• high level of detail and ability to translate client requirements into EPIC and US,
• experience in managing several projects simultaneously,
• experience in manual testing and preparing test scenarios,
• experience in defining the full scope of the system, taking into account functional and non-functional requirements from a business perspective,
• ability to conduct workshops with the client,
• defining requirements in terms of the MoSCoW methodology.
