The engagement concerns a delivery program focused on business process mapping and modelling, as well as the implementation of an Electronic Document Management (EZD) system. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of implementation activities and for leading a cross-functional project team. The role requires strong experience in managing complex transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
IT Project Manager – Business Process Mapping & Electronic Document Management (EZD) Implementation
Your responsibilities
- End-to-end management of the implementation project lifecycle
- Coordination of business process mapping and modelling activities
- Oversight of EZD system implementation and integration workstreams
- Management of project team members and external stakeholders
- Planning, tracking, and reporting project progress, risks, and dependencies
- Ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget
- Alignment of project outcomes with business and regulatory requirements
- Cooperation with technical, business, and vendor teams
Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management (recommended)
- Proven track record of at least 3 completed business process mapping and modelling projects
- Minimum 1 completed implementation project of an Electronic Document Management (EZD) system
- Strong experience in delivery of IT implementation / transformation projects
- Hands-on experience in business process modelling and optimization
- Experience with EZD-class systems implementation
- Valid and up-to-date project management certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, or PMI-PMP, or IPMA Level C, or equivalent certification issued by an accredited certification body
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA or equivalent)
- Electronic Document Management (EZD) systems
- Business process modelling tools
- Project management methodologies: PRINCE2 / PMI / IPMA (or equivalent)
