IT Help desk, international customer service - French required

Responsibilities of the position:
- Providing customer support services (technical/IT/IT industry).
- Providing technical assistance
- Receiving requests from customers, through communicators (email, phone, chat)
- Taking actions to eliminate the fault, eliminate technical problems
- Independent activities
- Creating business notes and reports for the business customer
- Constant contact with international customer
- Building a positive image in the industry market
- Ensuring confidentiality and protection of personal information
The employer expects:
- communicative knowledge of English and French, , minimum required level B2/C1
- important, the candidate for this position, must speak both languages
- experience in customer service, instant messaging, IT industry
- knowledge of SAP system
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday (full-time work, standard office hours)
