Process Ownership (40%):

•Define and maintain hardware asset management strategies.

•Develop comprehensive policies and self-service guidance to support IT Hardware Asset Management efforts.

•Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and stay ahead of industry trends. ?

Project Delivery (40%):

•Facilitate hardware asset management projects, monitoring progress and managing escalations.

•Oversee the development and maintenance of our tracking system for accurate inventory and compliance.

•Provide insightful KPI reporting to stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

Continuous Improvement (20%):

•Enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and automation.

•Drive initiatives that improve the end-user experience throughout the IT asset lifecycle.

•Foster a culture of transparency and governance in hardware asset management.
