About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in Finance systems—especially in Consolidation & Reporting—to own and evolve our IT Finance product portfolio. This is your opportunity to:

Transformation Journey

Our Consolidation and Reporting area is undergoing an exciting transformation. We are implementing cutting-edge systems such as OneStream, BPS, and FinSight, paving the way for the retirement of legacy platforms like HFM, Helios, and FIS. You will be at the forefront of this journey, ensuring seamless transitions and maximizing business value.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience in IT Finance systems/product management (Consolidation & Reporting preferred).
• Proven track record in team leadership & development, vendor management, and service delivery.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes, Agile methods, and project management.
• Ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate needs into IT solutions.
• Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills in a global environment.
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and talent development.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Own the Product: Accountable for IT Finance products and services, from strategy through lifecycle management.
• Shape Strategy: Partner with leadership to define IT Finance roadmaps aligned with business transformation and operational excellence.
• Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop a global team, fostering collaboration, growth, and succession planning.
• Drive Excellence: Ensure service and development performance with third-party vendors, monitoring SLAs, availability, and quality.
• Partner with the Business: Act as an escalation point for Finance stakeholders, addressing demands, and ensuring solutions add real business value.
• Collaborate Globally: Work cross-functionally with teams across platforms, security, database, and deployment to deliver seamless solutions.
• Manage Investments: Oversee budget and resource allocation for IT Finance products.
• Champion Agility: Role model agile ways of working and continuously seek improvements.
• Build Community: Strengthen the network of key users, product owners, and functional experts to scale knowledge across Mars.
