We are looking for a person for the position of IT Deskside Support Engineer
The candidate for this position will be responsible for, among other things: participating in project planning sessions and performing tasks within various projects, i.e., network infrastructure modernization, network failover testing, replacement of laptops and mobile devices during their life cycle, cloud printing, etc.
responsibilities :
Provide onsite & remote user support in a timely and accurate manner ensuring adherence to committed Service Level Agreements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, software applications, and hardware for laptop computers, office network infrastructure, printers, video conferencing, etc.
Set up computer workstations, including peripheral devices, and conduct necessary software installation.
Perform preventive maintenance of computer hardware and software.
Provide technical & end user support for all aspects of audio and visual in live meetings and events.
Perform regular health checks of the meeting rooms, users’ desks, monitors, digital signage screens, printers.
Actively working to ensure daily, weekly, monthly tasks that are due are completed accordingly and within the expected deadlines.
Maintain stock and inventory of all IT assets such as laptops, monitors, mobile devices, keyboards & mouse’s, etc. Execute annual physical verification of IT assets and complete all related documentation and administration.
Collaborate with the wide remote IT teams to ensure efficient operation of the organizations desktop computing environment.
requirements-expected :
2-4 years’ experience in desktop support and services with exposure to Infrastructure Environments. Knowledge of ITSM tools, ServiceNow, MS Dynamics, Jira or similar is useful.
Very good knowledge of English
Experience of Azure AD, Intune, AD Manager, Microsoft 365, Dynamics, SharePoint Admin& Exchange.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams app and video conference technology.
IT Degree Beneficial
Useful Training and Certifications: ITIL, Ms Azure Fundamentals & DevOps, Agile Project
