Job Description
Product & Service consulting:
- Understanding the Internal Customers requirements, matching them with our services;
- Answering on operational requirements such as resource, technical and financial matters;
- Supporting in optimizations;
- Supporting in complaints, escalations and assessing customers satisfaction
- Gathering regular feedback from the Internal Customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in SAP Administration
- Experience in IT Project Management
- Motivation to understand technical correlations of SAP Platform Operations;
- Customer oriented, structured and proactive way of working;
- Openness to new topics and willingness to deal with new issues;
- Degree in Engineering, Information Science or comparable subject area;
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (beneficial).
