Within the B. Braun Group, the “Hire to Retire Team” is looking for a new team member for the position of “IT Consultant SAP SuccessFactors” for the IT Competence Center in Poznań or Nowy Tomyśl, Poland. As a member of the Hire to Retire team, you will be providing functional and technical support globally for incoming enquiries for assigned SAP SF modules, non SAP applications and cloud solutions.
Duties and responsibilities
• Analyzing and evaluation of user requirements
• Providing technical support globally for incoming inquiries for the SAP SuccessFactors modules • Independent administration of tickets in accordance with service level agreements • Ensuring service-oriented analysis, pre-qualification and fulfillment of incoming service requests, incidents, or fast-track demands
• Planning and execution of maintenance and lifecycle activities
• Work in a global team for continuous further development of solutions and improvements
Professional competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or another educational degree/certificate in an information technology related field with equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years in SAP configuration and support
• Proven background and extensive knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors modules
• SAP HCM know-how is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud integration concept and techniques is a plus
• Experience in understanding HR business processes and solution configuration related to SAP SuccessFactors, SAP templates, and Best
Practices
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2)
Personal competencies
• Technically enthusiastic and willing to learn attitude is required
• Ability to work unsupervised in a multi-task environment in a global team
• Good communication skills
