This is the role

We are looking for experienced Factory/ Industrial IT Consultant to support our Digital Factory Team globally in the future digital ventures.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to work in an international environment, to learn and grow while exposed to the latest digital trends, then the Production IT Consultant role is for you!

We are open to consider both junior and more experienced profiles.

You will be responsible for driving projects, supporting process improvements as well as conducting assessments, procedure updates, and trainings.

Your assignments can vary from small deliveries, support cases to participation in large "Green field" factory projects on a global scale – mainly in Europe, Asia, and North America.

Your responsibilities

1. Being responsible for production operating systems (MES),
2. Working with enterprise CCTV systems and production PC,
3. Working with Cisco networking equipment and enterprise deployment systems (SCCM)
4. Dividing your time between projects and support,
5. Support and develop optimal process and digital solutions for the business,
6. Maintain relationships with stakeholders while providing guidance on various technologies related to IT/OT and their role in projects on a global scale,
7. Stay up to date with market trends in IT/OT environments,
8. Ensure IT solution integrity and maintain updated documentation,
9. Ensure daily operational support meets Service Level Agreements with customers,
10. Support architects and management teams with technical knowledge of product-related technologies.

Due to Global presence in this international organization, the candidate needs to be willing to travel approx. 20-80 days per year.

This is what you offer

1. 5+ years of experience with production operating systems, ideally within global companies/industries,
2. Solid knowledge and experience of IT/OT environmental network setup, architecture, troubleshooting and installations
3. Experience with CCTV, MES, and PLC
4. Basic industrial production knowledge
5. Experience working with international and remote team providing operational support and delivering projects
6. Professional working proficiency in English
