about-project :

You will join IT Software Engineering team, which is responsible for building solutions supporting KPMG employees in Poland and in the CEE region. Our portfolio consist multiple systems and applications which support Audit and other business units in their daily duties. By joining our team, you will be actively participating in the digital transformation within KPMG. Also, you will take part in building new applications and migrating existing ones to the Microsoft Azure cloud.

responsibilities :

participating in creation and implementation of modern software dedicated to support business processes related to employees
creating concepts, specifications, formulating business requirements based on information obtained from internal clients and ensuring their completeness
overseeing portfolio of projects and ensuring timely delivery
testing and verification of implemented IT solutions in cooperation with the client
supporting developer team in managing the backlog
building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external clients
training users and presenting software functionality

requirements-expected :

at least two years of experience of working as Business Analyst
practical knowledge of Agile frameworks/methodologies
good knowledge and experience of modelling languages (BPMN, UML)
business analysis certification is a plus
university degree (especially graduates of the following faculties: information systems, computer science in economy, other IT and economic faculties)
focus on the quality of work
good interpersonal communication skills
analytical and organizational skills
self-assessment and problem-solving skills
ability to work effectively with the team
advanced knowledge of MS Office
fluent in English and Polish
