IT Business Analyst/Business Infrastructure Analyst

Your new company
Our client is a global company operating in the medical industry. Due to the development of the SSC structure in Wrocław, we are opening a new recruitment for the role of IT Business Analyst/Consultant. The role will report directly to the Head of IT Operations Poland.
Your new role
- Identify and clarify business needs and demands.
- Conduct regular IT planning in line with overall business strategy and requirements.
- Assess and determine the most suitable IT solutions, preparing business cases, TCO analyses, etc.
- Create informed decision papers for upper management.
- Maintain and update technology architecture documentation.
- Ensure alignment with all stakeholders, including Cybersecurity.
- Support projects in their initial phase by selecting the appropriate approach and solution (drive HLD/LLD creation/review).
- Collaborate with EAM to integrate ITOI IT planning into overall DBS IT plans.
- Support SoW review.
What you39ll need to succeed
- Diploma in IT or related technical fields.
- Experience working on large-scale projects in Infrastructure, Data Centre, or Network domains.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to analyze and model business processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to see connections between layers of business operations.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Knowledge of UML and BPML is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
