Liaise with managers and end-users to define business goals, systems requirements, and the system roadmap
Transfer business, users, and technical needs (including non-functional and security requirements) into specifications (in the form of user stories) directly usable by the development team
Analyse available systems and identify options for potential solutions
Contribute to systems design, prototyping, testing, quality assurance, and change management
Create systems models, diagrams, and charts (Business Cases, BPMN, UML) to provide directions to system developers & engineers
Perform cost-benefit analyses for potential system upgrades to support hardware and license purchase decisions
Assist in the deployment, customization and post-implementation troubleshooting of new systems
requirements-expected :
Bachelor degree in Business Studies, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering (computer/telecommunications)
Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in business analysis, system analysis, or system development for software systems
CBAP/IIBA business analysis certifications or equivalent
Experience in participating in the complete lifecycle of at least 4 enterprise-level software solutions as system or business analyst
Highly proficient technical writing capabilities for process documentation and reports, and in translating data into actionable items
Proven capabilities in the field of system business and system analysis, and in project and user-testing management
Proficiency in the usage of Enterprise Architect or similar software packages
Teamwork experience in developing software, preferably with Agile methodology
Personal Security Clearance at EU-CONFIDENTIAL level or above
Master degree or PhD
Knowledge of Microsoft/JEE systems and architectures
Knowledge about the border management and border surveillance domains
