Managing IT Data & Analytics Operations domain, in terms of project roadmap, product improvement, service delivery and stakeholder management
Building partnership with business to collect and analyze their needs, and translate them into IT solutions
Leading IT projects as Project Manager, in cooperation with business and external developers, with relevant methodology and budget management
Providing support to business by being the first point of contact for business users
Analyzing and driving improvements in existing products
Managing release management process in the team
Fulfilling cybersecurity requirements for solutions in area of responsibility
Collaboration with other IT domains (such as Commercial, Finance, HR, Industrial, Cybersecurity) and global IT functions.
requirements-expected :
have significant experience in a similar role
are familiar with IT Data & Analytics architecture and databases (SQL, Power BI, OLAP, SSRS, SSIS, Microsoft Server, Azure, Snowflake)
have knowledge and experience in Operations (Supply Chain) business processes
have solid project management skills
have good communication skills and experience in managing business stakeholders
have an ability to adapt self quickly to dynamic environment & new circumstances
have cooperative mindset with focus on achieving common goal & finding solutions to encountered problems
are fluent in Polish and English
