Opis stanowiska pracy

Project information:

• Location: Katowice or Kraków / hybrid model of working
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Remuneration: 6000 - 7500 PLN gross (depending on candidates experience)
• Start date: ASAP (depending on candidates availability)

Responsibilities:

• Providing daily support to French-speaking customers
• Solving IT related problems (e.g. issues with desktop/browser/printer)

Requirements:

• IT support working experience
• Basic understanding of Linux/Windows area
• Very good knowledge of French (B2 level)
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with operating/monitoring systems considered as an asset
