• Manage and maintain Windows Server 2016 onwards and client operating systems including Windows 10, 11, and MacOS.
• Administer Active Directory and Azure AD, ensuring efficient user management, group policies, and access control.
• Oversee Office365 administration, including user provisioning, licensing, and support.
• Provide networking support for DNS, DHCP, VPN, and WAN technologies to ensure seamless connectivity across the organization.
• Perform hardware support and maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
• Manage hardware and software procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisitions.
• Offer mobile and tablet support for various platforms and devices, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement within the organization.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016 onwards, Windows 10, 11, and MacOS.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office365 administration.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, WAN).
• Proven experience in hardware support and maintenance.
• Experience in hardware and software procurement.
• Demonstrated ability to support mobile and tablet devices.
