We are seeking an experienced iOS Tech Lead to join our dynamic team working on an innovative mobile application for one of our clients. The project involves delivering a high-performance, user-friendly iOS application, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and development methodologies. Your responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers, to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Ensure high-quality code by implementing automated testing and debugging tools.
• Integrate with REST APIs to support dynamic data handling and synchronization.
• Advocate and enforce iOS UI/UX design principles and guidelines throughout the development lifecycle.
• Continuously monitor performance metrics and optimize application efficiency.

Our requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in iOS development using Swift and Objective-C.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead role, with proven ability to manage and mentor team members.
• In-depth knowledge of iOS SDK and its frameworks.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and guidelines.
• Proficiency with REST API integration.
• Experience with automated testing and debugging tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
