Invoice to Cash Junior Accounting Specialist (D2C E-commerce&Retail)

Amer Sports Global Business Services is looking for a Junior Accounting Specialist – D2C Retail & E-commerce to join our vibrant international team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Direct‑to‑Consumer (Retail stores and E-commerce) operations, making sure our financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Daily portfolio care: Reviewing and reconciling D2C Retail and E-commerce accounts daily; identifying discrepancies and resolving them with internal teams.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking open items; performing weekly dunning checks; preparing monthly write‑off reports.
• Period‑end & Compliance: Supporting month‑end closing activities; ensuring timely reporting; preparing documentation for audits and process reviews.
• Collaboration & Problem‑solving: Working with internal stakeholders; following up on open cases until resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Previous experience in finance, accounting, or similar areas is welcomed, but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
• A collaborative attitude and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
• A background in Finance or a related field is welcomed but not mandatory.
