International Recruiter with foreign language
Responsibilities:
- Proactively seeking, screening and arranging meetings with candidates for lower level positions;
- Recruiting for positions such as warehouseman, parcel sorter, forklift operator, production worker, machine operator, etc.
- Publishing job opportunities on advertising platforms and social networks;
- Taking a creative approach to discovering new sources of employee acquisition;
- Creating employment reports and statements;
- Operating a CRM to manage recruitment and input candidates
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment projects will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of foreign languages (Polish is not required)
- Commitment to the duties performed
- Determination and focus on achieving goals
- Very good organization of work
