Coordinate administrative support for the international operations of the Company
Act as a point of contact for international subcontractors, and coordinate document process flow between them and different internal teams (i.e. HR, payroll, administration, finances, etc.)
Oversee daily operations across international markets in line with company goals.
Collaborate with foreign partners and stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Develop and implement operational protocols that support sustainability initiatives.
Respect project timelines and deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards and budget constraints.
Conduct research on market trends and regulatory changes in different countries relevant to operations.
Prepare forms such as change orders, purchase orders, service agreements
Other assistant and office management tasks (e.g. planning, organizing and settling business trips, office space management, ordering office supplies, writing meeting minutes,...)
Our requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ideally, a process-driven personality balanced with adaptability and sense of improvisation
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English & Polish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/ Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Disc).
Sound knowledge of Trello, Asana or similar tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with the renewable energy sector is a plus.
