Create customer service cases and set the appropriate follow update.
Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy of data entry.
Administer activities in Master Data queue in SFDC.
Document follow up activities in our Salesforce application according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the customer service department policy.
Work closely with our Sales Operations Veeva and SFDC Admin teams to maintain data integrity and cohesiveness across different systems.
Assist in building on existing customer base by providing the highest level of customer service and support.
Adhere to relevant SOPs pertaining to the data entry requirements.
Maintain a proper data base of our accounts and contacts.
Other administrative duties.

Associate degree in business administration, administrative support, or related field; or high school
degree/general education diploma and 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of an associate degree.
Fluency in the English language (C1 or above per CEFR framework).
2+ years’ experience related to master data administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong data orientation, attention to detail and analytical skills as well as demonstrated ability to identify contextual and typographical errors.
Proactive mindset with excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills including the ability to easily convey concepts and priorities, as well as the ability to solicit feedback and inputs.
