You’ll coordinate efforts to deliver a robust healthcare cost containment service that offers affordable health insurance plans for self-insured employers, third-party administrators, commercial payers, and claim auditors. Your expertise will guide the development of a platform that provides patient advocacy advice, a data analytics reporting tool, and accredited care management services.

• 3+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Proven expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery
• Strong knowledge of project management theory
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of SDLC and its components
• Solid technology experience and proficiency with project management tools
• Stakeholder management experience
• Strong problem-solving and risk-management skills
• High attention to detail, effective prioritization, and deadline management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong reporting, presentation, and organizational abilities
• Responsibility, professional maturity, and ability to work independently
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Desirable:

• Experience with project budgeting
• Knowledge of the healthcare tech industry
• Basic understanding of QA processes and best practices
