Interim HR Manager

We39re looking for an experienced Interim HR Manager who will join our client - company located close to Poznan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labour laws.
- Provide guidance and support to board of directors, managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, experience in change management.
- Strong knowledge of Polish labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with HR software and tools.
- Fluency in English.
