Instructional Content Editor

Your responsibilities

• Designing and delivering health education content that drives positive behaviour change
• Collaborating with clinical experts, designers, and product teams to create user-friendly and evidence-based materials
• Writing, proofreading, and editing health-focused educational content with clear calls to action
• Converting clinical insights and learning objectives into well-structured, user-friendly materials
• Managing content projects from start to finish, balancing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Identifying user needs from interviews, surveys, and research, and designing content that meets those needs
• Briefing and managing external collaborators, including designers, uploaders, and freelancers
• Contributing to improving Oviva’s content development processes, tools, and methodologies

Our requirements

• Proven experience creating evidence-based content on health or behaviour change topics
• Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills, with attention to detail and a strong command of English (native-speaker level)
• Experience using generative AI tools for content production
• A solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning needs
• The ability to research and identify reliable sources for health advice
• Strong project management and prioritisation skills, with experience delivering under tight deadlines
• Empathy for users’ health challenges and a passion for creating content that meets their needs
• A knack for quickly learning new tools and technologies, including AI-powered platforms
