Inside Sales Engineer – Lube & Hydraulic

Location: Warsaw, Poland.

About the Role

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is a global leader in high‑tech filtration, separation, and purification. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will provide technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers, and customers throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Engage clients to understand requirements and recommend the right solution specifications.
  • Analyze project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Identify suitable technology and products offering cost‑effective solutions.
  • Perform calculations to develop process designs that meet customer requirements and select supporting equipment.
  • Manage project execution following Pall’s standard process, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hydraulics, Fluid Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years’ experience on projects in Oil Hydraulic, Automotive, Power Generation, or Nuclear markets.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency with Outlook, SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Travel & Physical Requirements

  • Occasional travel within Europe (up to twice a year).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in technical support for industrial processes or filtration.
  • Proficiency in another European language.
