Inside Sales Engineer – Lube & Hydraulic
Location: Warsaw, Poland.
About the Role
Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is a global leader in high‑tech filtration, separation, and purification. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will provide technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers, and customers throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients to understand requirements and recommend the right solution specifications.
- Analyze project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Identify suitable technology and products offering cost‑effective solutions.
- Perform calculations to develop process designs that meet customer requirements and select supporting equipment.
- Manage project execution following Pall’s standard process, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hydraulics, Fluid Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years’ experience on projects in Oil Hydraulic, Automotive, Power Generation, or Nuclear markets.
- Fluent in English; proficiency with Outlook, SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Travel & Physical Requirements
- Occasional travel within Europe (up to twice a year).
Nice to Have
- Experience in technical support for industrial processes or filtration.
- Proficiency in another European language.
