For our Client – the global manufacturing company specializing in advanced hydraulic solutions, we are searching for the Candidate (f/m) interested in a position of:
INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS ENGINEER
Under the guidance of the Engineering Manager, this role is responsible for managing machinery and infrastructure projects within the manufacturing division, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion, including machinery transfer, installation, and technical documentation.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including assembly instructions, user and maintenance manuals, bills of materials (BOM), and technical analyses for installation, covering mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic aspects.
- Plan machine layouts using CAD software for new or relocated installations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations and coordinate post-relocation testing and validation of machinery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Purchasing, and Controlling.
- Provide technical support and guidance in mechanical, pneumatic, and automation engineering, and propose process improvements for machinery relocation and production operations.
- Control project budgets and optimize the use of technical and human resources.
- Lead onsite project execution, coordinating teams, contractors, and suppliers, and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Employer requirements
- Background in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or Maintenance, with more than 5 years of professional experience in the industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical background in mechanics, automation, and pneumatics.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in creating technical documentation, assembly instructions, and BOMs.
- Ability to work with multinational teams, both on-site and remotely.
- Willingness to travel for project assignments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Very good command of English.
