Responsibilities
- Support Sales Experts by actively participating in acquiring and developing client relations.
- Administer and monitor client onboarding processes to ensure optimal customer experience.
- Assist in marketing initiatives and sales actions by contacting clients via phone and email.
- Inform assigned clients about DHL’s innovative products and services.
- Track industry trends and local market activities to stay abreast of new developments.
Qualifications
- Approximately 3 years of experience in customer service, sales or telesales – your skills will be valuable!
- High school education – additional advantage if you hold a college degree or are pursuing studies.
- Proficiency with MS Office – ability to work with documents.
- Communicative command of English – even if still improving, we are willing to learn.
- Understanding of the sales process – your experience will support our growth.
- Problem‑solving skills – we appreciate proactive approaches.
- Openness to change and rapid adaptation in a dynamic environment – flexibility is key.
