Salary and Work Model

Salary is up to 800 PLN per MD on B2B. Work model is elastic hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, and Łódź, with two days per week required in the office.

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on ensuring operational stability, incident coordination, and problem resolution within data and financial crime prevention systems. The goal is to enhance the reliability and quality of critical financial data flows and support business continuity across multiple systems and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Incident Coordinator, leading incident and problem resolution processes.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, internal teams, data‑source owners, and systems consuming financial data.
  • Build and improve the Incident and Problem Management process aligned with ITIL standards.
  • Coordinate and drive incident resolution, ensuring proper prioritization, impact assessment, and follow‑up.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional task forces to perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Report and document incidents and problems transparently and accurately.
  • Engage with DevOps and Operations teams to secure quick restoration and service stability.
  • Monitor and improve process efficiency, supporting continuous improvement and preventive actions.
  • Support governance and communication within the financial area, especially around data quality and integrity.

Expected Competences and Knowledge

  • Extensive experience in managing IT incidents and leading problem‑solving activities.
  • Solid background in IT Operations, understanding both IT and business perspectives.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
  • Proven leadership, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Experience in reporting, documentation, and process improvement.
  • High level of accountability and communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changes, and drive actions effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Financial Crime Prevention processes or systems.
  • Familiarity with SAFe or other Agile frameworks.
