Apply layered and other best practices guidelines related to OS image management
Design services for deployment of operating system images, security patches, applications and settings, utilizing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and 1E add-ons, in a medium/large enterprise environment
Create, monitor and report on key metrics
Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues
Following strict change, incident, request and problem management guidelines; and ensuring compliance to service level agreements
Generate compliance reports
Demonstrate strong technical and integration skills
requirements-expected :
Experience in creating operating system images using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and/or System Center Configuration Manager
Advanced knowledge & hands on experience on Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager
Hands-on experience on MDT
Knowledge on Microsoft SQL queries
Ability to resolve complex Imaging incidents.
Experience in managing multi-vendor device drivers
Ability to build task sequences
Experience in creating scripts with VBScript and PowerShell
Expert knowledge of the Windows Operating System including a solid understanding of the registry and WMI
Ability to certify new hardware models for the Image
