The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Enterprise Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing the strategic vision for the organization’s IAM program. This role involves defining and governing the architecture standards, roadmaps, and security policies to ensure effective management of identities, authentication, and access controls across the enterprise.
The IAM Enterprise Architect collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions into various business applications, enabling secure and efficient access to resources.
responsibilities :
Develop and Maintain IAM Architecture Framework: Ensure alignment with the organization’s business strategies and security policies.
Create Detailed IAM Roadmaps: Develop maturity models and integration strategies for new systems and technologies.
Lead IAM Technology Selection and Implementation: Ensure scalable and secure solutions for identity management, role-based access controls (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM).
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Integrate IAM solutions into on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Oversee IAM Governance and Compliance Initiatives: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, NIS2, DORA).
Develop and Review Technical Documentation: Create high-level and low-level design documents, security models, and deployment guides.
Identify and Mitigate IAM-Related Risks: Propose mitigation strategies and drive incident response procedures for IAM-specific security events.
Define IAM Policies and Standards: Support identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, and governance.
Mentor and Train Team Members: Foster a culture of security best practices across the organization.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT security, with 5+ years specifically in IAM architecture and design.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or IAM-specific certifications (e.g., Certified Identity and Access Manager - CIAM).
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
