The role is based within the Cyber Security Identity Access Management (IAM) Controls Team. The IAM team are responsible
for providing a best-in-class service to internal customers, cost effective operational delivery and the provisioning of an operational platform to support the Global Access Management strategy and future business growth.
responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and maintain authentication control policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
Monitor authentication control activities for compliance and report findings using KCIs.
Collaborate as theSME with cross-functional teams, including Cybersecurity, IT, and business units, to align authentication control strategies with organizational goals and requirements.
Manage the authentication control lifecycle, including the generation, distribution, storage, use, and destruction of authentication credentials.
Stay current on industry trends and advancements in authentication controls, identifying opportunities for enhancement, automation, and innovation. Conduct a thorough scan of internal/external regulatory and audit requirements for the IAM function concerning authentication controls, ensuring policies and procedures are updated accordingly.
Develop and deliver training and awareness programs to educate stakeholders on authentication control practices and responsibilities.

5+ Cyber Security and IAM experience: Experience in controls, including supporting IAM change initiatives to deliver successful control outcomes.
Technical and architectural skills: Desirable for the role.
Advanced Excel skills: Essential for data analysis and reporting.
Decision-making: Demonstrated experience in making timely and rational decisions based on relevant information.
Relevant qualifications: Certifications such as CISSP/ CISM/ CISA.
