Koch Business Services (KBS) is looking for a HRS Payroll Administrator to join the Payroll team at our Katowice (Poland) office.

Our team: In this role you will be working as part of our dynamic EMEA Payroll Team (European Payroll Team), and you will be part of our European HR Solutions capability. You will have the chance to partner up with the payroll team and other capabilities.

What You Will Do

  • Support of the EMEA Payroll Team for: Pre- and post-payroll activities/tasks
  • Pre- and post-payroll related tasks in different systems
  • Preparation of HR reports and analysis
  • Preparation of audit reports
  • Documentation of Desk Top Procedures

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Attention to detail
  • System and numbers affinity
  • Fluent communication skills in English & Polish
  • Well organized, motivated to learn and open to new experiences
  • Flexible, adaptable, and open to change
  • Customer service oriented with a high sense of urgency

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Advanced skills Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Skills in SAP, PowerBI, Time and Attendance Systems (Dayforce) or payroll systems
  • Previous experiences in payroll and/or Finance background
