HRBP Global Finance, IT, Legal & Business Development (f/m/x)
Mondi is a global leader in packaging and paper. This leadership partner role supports senior functional leaders in Finance, IT, Legal & Business Development, translating strategy into people and organization agendas.
Responsibilities
- Strategically partner with functional leaders and Business HRPBs to design & implement effective organisational structures.
- Drive workforce planning to ensure right skills and capacity.
- Lead the talent agenda, including succession planning for critical roles.
- Support hiring of HR managers and partner with Talent Acquisition for role profiles and sourcing strategy.
- Build capabilities through targeted learning and development with the Mondi Learning Leader.
- Provide coaching to senior leaders.
- Own HR agenda for functional excellence programmes.
- Act as HR People Partner for client managers.
- Guide talent development via coaching, succession planning, performance management.
- Own talent assessment processes for retention and recognition.
- Drive succession and talent strategies, building internal pipelines.
- Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Analytics & Programs, Total Rewards, Talent & D&I, Compliance).
- Contribute to the Mondi HR Leadership Team, fostering collaboration and supporting key HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 10 years of global client‑facing HR experience.
- Minimum 5 years HR Business Partner experience; experience supporting enabling functions is a plus.
- Demo of Lean principles in HR is a plus.
- Experience leading an HR team is a plus.
- Strategic capabilities with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
- Ability to interface with senior leadership and all levels of the organisation.
- Strong business acumen aligning HR priorities with business objectives.
- Excellent communication, diplomacy and influencing skills.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive self‑starter, independent & collaborative in a matrix environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Coaching and leadership assessment experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Regular travel required (max 20%).
