For our Client, an international organisation from the manufacturing and technology sector, we are seeking candidates for a role within HR Services. The company offers a modern work environment and well-developed HR processes within international structures.
The person in this role will be responsible for comprehensive support of HR processes and assisting employees and managers with day-to-day HR matters. The position combines administrative responsibilities with building a high-quality employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support of HR processes across the employee life cycle (from hiring to termination)
- Preparation and processing of HR documentation (contracts, annexes, employment changes)
- Entering and updating employee data in HR systems (e.g., SAP / SuccessFactors)
- Monitoring HR data quality and cooperating with payroll during salary processing
- Preparing payroll input, validating working time, overtime, and absences
- Handling employee and manager inquiries (1st and 2nd level support) in English and German or Dutch
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinating employee changes (promotions, transfers, working time changes, leave, etc.)
- Supporting annual HR processes (performance reviews, salary increases, bonuses)
- Preparing HR reports and analyzing data (absences, overtime, leave)
- Cooperating with HR Business Partners, payroll, and external institutions
- Participating in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or payroll
- Knowledge of HR processes and the employee life cycle
- Very good command of English (B2/C1) and German or Dutch (min. B2)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors) is an advantage
- Accuracy, reliability, and strong organizational skills
- Teamwork skills and a customer-oriented mindset
