Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes (requisition validation, intake calls, sourcing strategy, job postings, candidate communication)
- Manage employee lifecycle processes for Switzerland, including data updates in ERP systems and onboarding activities
- Handle employee queries and provide HR administrative support
- Administer learning & development activities (LMS, training coordination, certification tracking)
- Monitor time management data and support reporting, stakeholder coordination, and HR operations in line with SLA/KPIs
Requirements:- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or coordination
- Fluent French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in recruitment (direct sourcing, social media, recruitment platforms)
- Basic knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Nice to have recruitment experience in manufacturing/industrial environments
