Overview
One of our key focus areas in this space is our HR ServiceNow Product Management team working closely with Enterprise Service Management Function on ServiceNow as the enterprise-wide service management platform for PepsiCo.
To support the HR elements of this program, we are on the lookout for a ServiceNow Product Owner to be part of our team for HR Case & Employee Document Management products.
The person in this role will oversee the product life cycle and assist the product manager with all aspects of the program and projects through completion. This will include planning, coordination, and delivery of the Design & Implementation phases, as well as overseeing BAU support to products aligned with overall programme timelines and activities.

Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and BAU support of the case management and employee document management products in ServiceNow;
- Co-develop project plans with the product manager and manage project schedules working closely with product management and DSO teams;
- Collaborate with project team members and business SMEs to identify and resolve issues, as well as enhancement opportunities;
- Work directly with the business to collect business requirements and convert them into user stories and configuration workbooks for the DSO team to take over;
- Support business change management with training materials and standard operating procedures;
- Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule;
- Focus on improving the customer experience and service delivery;
- Collaborate with other HR product owners, cross-functional teams, and external partners across different geographies and time zones.
Qualifications
- National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources;
- Proven success and demonstrable skills in program oversight and project management capabilities/Experience in leading (large) HR projects, especially ServiceNow HRSD products;
- Background in HR, ideally in an HR Systems, HR Processes, HR Operations and/or a GBS/Shared Services environment;
- Embody a process-driven understanding of business requirements to ensure HR processes and transactions are supported successfully by the products;
- Systems integration experience with a major HRMS and other HR Systems;
- Ability to quickly understand new business process areas, functional requirements, and technologies in order to successfully lead projects;
- Personable, high-energy individual that is passionate about HR service delivery and continuous improvement and enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative, dynamic organization;
- Highly organized, strong follow-up skills, and results-oriented;
- Interact and communicate effectively throughout the organization;
- Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and evaluate problems and recommend and drive potential solutions;
- Flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
