Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (Hire to Retire), ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and update employee data in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, PeopleSoft)
- Handle employee queries and provide high-quality HR support
- Support recruitment processes, including requisition validation, job postings and coordination with hiring managers
- Participate in internal and external hiring activities
- Administer learning and development processes (LMS management, training coordination, tracking certifications)
- Execute pre- and post-payroll activities, including data validation, reconciliations and payroll checks
- Monitor and maintain Time & Attendance (T&A) data
- Prepare and deliver HR reports to internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and internal policies
- Support audits and process reviews
- Coordinate tasks within the team and support junior team members
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders and participate in client calls
- Act as a backup Team Lead when required
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations/ HR Admin/ Payroll/ SSC environment
- Fluent German (C1) and English (min. B2)
- Strong knowledge of German labour law (experience in manufacturing/industrial sector is a plus)
- Experience with SAP (including time management and reporting modules)
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft will be an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills and good command of MS Office (PowerPoint)
- Experience in handling audits (preferred)
- Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in supporting team members and coordinating tasks
- High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Willingness to develop within HR Operations (HRO)
