HR Operations Expert- Recruitment
Your responsibilities
- Ensure a high standard of day-to-day service delivery of the Recruitment Operations team; in line with agreed procedures, SLAs, KPIs and Customer expectations.
- Stakeholders’ engagement ensuring the smooth running of the detailed Recruitment Operations Team processes delivering a high level of candidate experience. Act as a trusted advisor.
- Support Team Leader in day-to-day team management, ensuring team members can be confident and comfortable in their role, and have the tools, training, knowledge and environment to achieve.
- Workflow management, allocate Recruitment Operations Team tasks, monitor workload, communicating deadlines and priorities to team members.
- Lead by example. Initiates and actively participates in team building activities, exercises open communication and build a culture of support and collaboration.
- Motivate and encourage the team, setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, recognizing achievements and support engagement initiatives.

- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in working within a Recruitment environment with an ATS (preferred).
- Customer oriented and proactive approach.
- Effective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization.
- Ability to work well with team members and with other teams to deliver solutions.

HR Operations Expert will be responsible for supporting HR Operations Team Leader in successful execution of Recruitment Operations processes and services, following set standard operating procedures in a timely and high-quality manner with excellent customer focus.
This is a fixed-term role for approximately 18 months.
