Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required
  • You have a minimum of 5 years" experience in HR
  • You accumulated working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines especially employee administration, payroll and federal and state respective employment laws
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential (or equivalent) is a plus
  • Excellent language skills in English (speaking and writing) as well as the main local language
  • Good understanding (reading) of German
  • You have proven skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors / SAP ByDesign is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Support all HR processes for the EMEA staff population, including but not limited to onboarding, payroll, absence tracking, filing, leaving, etc.
  • Support the EMEA hiring managers in the recruiting process
  • Prepare all documents in relation with onboarding new staff (incl. preparing vetting support) and offboarding leaving staff
  • Support the preparation of the payroll and administration process in EMEA and Poland in close collaboration with the local HR BPs
  • Support the benefits process between the employees, the benefits provider and payroll
  • Collaboration in various ongoing and future HR projects
