Establish and manage all HR functions in the new plant, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, and compliance
Support the ramp-up phase by partnering with operations to attract and hire top talent
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and global corporate standards
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that supports employee engagement and retention
Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership on organizational and people matters
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment
Manage performance review processes, compensation structures, and employee development programs
Act as a liaison between local employees and global HR teams

Your mission

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environmen
Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations in Hungary or the broader EU
Proven experience in scaling HR operations in a start-up or new plant setting is a strong advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
Must have legal working rights in the EU
